01. Privacy Framework

F.B. Editorial Solutions LLC ("The Provider") operates the B2B infrastructure `fairylybookish.com`. This document outlines the protocols for handling proprietary literary data.

Legal Role: We operate strictly as a Data Processor. The Literary Agencies utilizing our infrastructure are the Data Controllers.

02. Data Ingestion

To ensure secure workflow management, we collect specific data points:

  • Entity Verification: Agency Name, Tax ID, and Authorized Representative Credentials.
  • Contact Coordinates: Corporate email addresses for system administration.
  • Telemetry: IP addresses and browser fingerprints for security auditing and forensic watermarking.

03. Processing Scope

Data is processed exclusively for the following operational purposes:

Transactional Messaging

System-triggered alerts: "Manuscript Ingested", "Rights Reversion", "Invoice Generated".

Asset Security

Enforcing 2FA, fraud detection, and maintaining the chain of custody logs.

We DO NOT monetize user data via third-party advertising or data brokerage.

04. Retention & Cookies

Log Retention:

Transactional email logs are retained for 30 days for delivery diagnostics, then anonymized. Active manuscript files are retained for the duration of the agency's subscription.

Cookie Protocol:

We utilize Strictly Necessary Cookies only for session integrity and CSRF protection. We do not deploy behavioral tracking cookies.


05. Agency AUP

Platform Definition: F.B. Editorial provides Software Infrastructure. We are NOT a publisher or literary agency. We do not accept queries.

Authorized Traffic Categories:

  • Workflow Notifications: File status updates and editorial comments.
  • Security Alerts: 2FA codes, Password Resets, Login warnings.
  • Administrative: Subscription invoices and billing data.

06. Prohibited Actions

The following activities trigger immediate workspace termination:

  • Sending unsolicited query letters or manuscripts (Spam).
  • Direct-to-consumer marketing or book sales promotion.
  • Use of purchased email lists (Violation of Zero Import Policy).
